JAM (Junior Appalachian Musicians) is an after school program offering instruction on stringed instruments in Traditional Appalachian Music, held at the Boys & Girls Club.
The Pisgah Pickers are a mixture of some of the areas best musicians forming as the alter-ego of their respective ensembles. The band is comprised of Woody Platt, Mike Guggino and Mike Ashworth (Steep Canyon Rangers),
Jeff Sipe (Jeff Sipe Trio) , and Steve Trismen of Jupiter Coyote.
